CNP Plush AI Illustration/Video Generation Guidelines

CNP plushies you own can be used to generate AI images and video data based on the following guidelines.

1Eligible Plushies

Check which characters are covered by these guidelines.

• These guidelines apply to three characters from the CNP plush series sold by Bucket: リーリー, ミタマ, and ヤーマ. The ルナ and マカミ plushies included in the same series are outside the scope of these guidelines. Plushies provided as crane game prizes are also not included. For any new plushies sold in the future, we will provide notice if they are covered by these guidelines.

2Permitted Scope of AI Generation

Up to 10 illustrations may be used.

• By feeding AI tools with images and video data of your CNP plushies, you can generate images and videos with different poses and expressions. This is limited to helping the AI understand your generation intent.
• Generated images and videos can only be used for posts on social media and other channels (whether paid or unpaid). You cannot sell the images or videos themselves or use them to create and sell products.

3Prohibited Activities

The following acts are prohibited.

• Using images/video data as AI training material or for building new generation tools is a guideline violation.
• Generating images that violate CNP guidelines: Generating images with AI that damage CNP's image, contain excessive sexual content, or depict graphic violence is also prohibited.

4Copyright and Other Rights

Please review rights information carefully.

• Copyright is not waived: The copyright and other rights held by the issuer and creator of CNP plushies and CNP illustrations are not lost.
• License agreements may be required for use: If corporations use CNP characters as products or brand characters, a license agreement is necessary. The same applies to AI-generated characters.
• Rights to AI-generated content: The copyright and other rights to illustrations generated by AI vary depending on the degree of generation. For example, if you use the original material as-is, you cannot claim copyright. Since these rights require case-by-case evaluation, please consult in advance if you want to own the rights (license fees may apply).
• Continued generation: Even if you feed generated images back into AI, the above rights relationships apply as long as CNP plushies are used as the original material.
• Correction and removal: If we determine that rules have been violated or copyright has been infringed, we may request correction or deletion of the work.
